200 g of cooked potatoes
500 g minced chicken meat
130 g flour
150 g breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 C. to c. baking powder
20 g jalapeños
1 C. to c. cumin
1 C. to c. salt
1/2 tsp. to c. pepper
Garlic and ginger
400 g cheese
Panko breadcrumbs


For the sauce:


150 g mayonnaise
2 tbsp. to s. chives
80 g sour cream
1 C. to c. dill
1/2 tsp. to c. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove of garlic
1 C. to c. pepper

How to prepare Amish Donut Recipe


1) Mash the cooked mashed potatoes then add the ground chicken, flour, breadcrumbs, and eggs. Add the baking powder, chopped jalapeños, cumin, salt, and pepper. Use a grater to grate a clove of garlic and a piece of ginger. Mix everything with your hands.

2) Use a glass or small bowl to circle in thick slices of cheese-like fingers. With a shot glass, make a hole in the middle of the slice to get rings of cheese.

3) Take some minced meat in your hand and spread it out well. Then place a ring of cheese in the middle and fold the meat over to form a donut. For the crispy breading, place the salted donut in the panko breadcrumbs. Now fry your donuts in oil.

4) For the sauce, mix all the ingredients together. Dip your donuts in it before enjoying it.
