  • Onions, small, finely chopped - 1

1- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, then sprinkle it with a little oil.
2- Add the onions and stir from time to time until they soften, then remove the pan from the heat and let cool.
3- In a bowl, put the onions, meat, rusks, ketchup, egg whites, and Worcestershire sauce.
4- Flavor with salt, black pepper, oregano and mix the ingredients until they overlap.
5- Cover a tray with butter paper and sprinkle a little oil on it.
6- Place the meat mixture in the shape of bread in the tray.
7- Bake the meatloaf in a preheated oven at a temperature of 160 ° C for about 25 minutes.
8- Take the plate out of the oven, leave it for about 10 minutes, then cut it into 8 equal slices.
