How to make Turkish Tantuni recipe

Ingredients

500 grams beef or lamb, diced
1 medium-size onion chopped
1 large tomato, cut into small cubes
1 red or green sweet pepper, long slices
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tsp sumac
1 tsp paprika
1/2 ground pepper
1/2 salt
4 tbsp of olive oil (butter | optional.)
1 lemon cut in half
A glass of water

Instructions

1) In a bowl put the beef, water, and salt on the stove and mix them a little for 10 minutes.
2) Some impurities will form brown color on the surface of the mixture, get rid of them.
3) Meanwhile, mix the onions with the sumac and keep them aside with the tomatoes and parsley.
4) After the beef is incompletely cooked, put it in a frying pan and then add the oil, sweet pepper slices, and other spices left except the lemon.
5) Stir them over medium heat for 5 min or more until cooked through and well blended.
6) If you feel that the mixture is dry, add water to it.
7) As mentioned above, you can use a spoon of butter as a flavor.
8) Now take the Turkish bread and dip it inside the pan so that it absorbs the sauce that is present in the mixture.
9) Fill the wrap with the meat mixture, then add chopped onion, tomatoes, and raw parsley and roll them well.
